The 360º HUB of MOM Culinary Institute is an open space where students and teachers collaborate to develop projects from a multidisciplinary perspective. The lab encourages students to apply their skills in communication, marketing, and research in an open and collaborative environment.
The school provides students with the technical resources necessary to carry out audiovisual projects and social media initiatives, creating 360 marketing strategies to effectively communicate their culinary skills. The lab will also develop projects focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, and training in professional simulation environments.
