Our R+D+i Department, which is directed by two-Michelin-starred chef Paco Roncero, helps restaurant companies advance and transform their business into an innovative and unique initiative committed to sustainability.

We evaluate expansion plans, pre-openings (negotiation of agreements, staff hiring, kitchen appropriate for the intended purpose, marketing and communication) and the opening and launch of any restaurant business, both in Spain and any other location worldwide.

We also help existing restaurants to thrive and improve or help to redesign them, giving them new dimensions and growth.

We always work from an innovative, human and sustainable perspective.

We work with chefs and brands, their concepts, businesses and positioning, the development of their personal brand and their internationalization.
